Sir,
I have just read several articles relating to "Parthenium" on your web site and found all the articles very informative. I am currently working as the Environmental Officer on a Power Line Construction Project in Central Queensland and would like to know any information relating to the survival, longevity and viability of "Parthenium" seeds if they have sunk and are either suspended under water or settle onto the bottom of the stream. I have failed to find any studies or information relating to this. Are such seeds viable should they be pumped from below surface or the bottom of the stream into a tank and transported, later to be pumped out onto the roadway? I would appreciate greatly any assistance you maybe able to give in this matter.

Regards,
Glenn TESKE.
