I happened to come across your website dedicated to Parthenium research. My Master's work   was on Parthenium and Cassia in 1985 which is reflected in your references as Jayakumar R. Anyway I have been doing some research on organic weed control for organic farmers and have discovered vinegar to be a non-selective herbicide. If you'd search google with the key words "jay weeds vinegar" you'd find a number of references to my work. Having worked with parthenium, I think vinegar may work well on Parthenium?.
